CurisRx Pharmacy is pleased to offer Breast Pump Rentals. To rent a Medela Symphony Double Pump Set, a valid Canadian driver’s license and a credit card are required. These cards must match the ID of the person filling out the paperwork. This information will be entered into a Medela Rental Agreement that will be signed and dated by the renter. No one else can fill out the form and sign on your behalf.
The rental includes the machine and power cord. For hygienic reasons, the accessories are not available for rent, but a Seton Medela Symphony Pump Set can be purchased separately. Other Medela accessories are not compatible with the Symphony so if you do not already have these, the kit will be needed.
